Technicolour Multicultural Festival

Close to 2000 children and adults came to 23 Foster Street Newmarket on August 25th, 2018 for a day of Family Fun. Many enjoyed a wide variety of cuisine from around the world, watched live multicultural music performances, and the children had a fun time with the slides, petting zoo and other activities. Children with autism and their families from AEIOU had the privilege of having the entire festival area to themselves for the opening hour, a special arrangement made to enable them to enjoy themselves without the crowds. Although the weather was forecast to rain on that day, we were blessed with very good and sunny weather.
