Technicolour Multicultural Festival 2019
The Technicolour Multicultural Festival held on 24 August was a huge success. Close to 2000 members of the public came and enjoyed themselves with the plethora of multicultural food, performances, games and activities for the entire family. The first hour of the festival was specially reserved for children with autism and their families from the AEIOU Foundation as well as families from Down Syndrome Queensland.

We were also honoured to have many important guests who came to support the festival: Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner and his family, Mr Duncan Pegg MP, Senator Paul Scarr, Councillor Andrew Wines, Councillor Vicki Howard, Councillor Kim Marx, Consul General of China Dr Xu Jie and many others.

9 schools participated in an Art Competition and prizes were sponsored by the Brisbane Chinese Consulate.
