4th Technicolour Multicultural Festival

Kids Zone

Every year at the Technicolour Multicultural Festival we try to make sure that the whole family has fun. So what better way to have fun than with Rides and Games! This year we have hired Aussie Inflatables to provide the rides for the festival and Amazing Animals Petting Zoo for some cuddly fun for the younger kids (or anyone who can’t resist cute cuddles from small animals!). As with previous years, we also have our sideshow alley with a variety of games that allow kids to win tokens which they can then trade in for prizes. With games like Ducky Dip, The Ring Toss, and Knock’ em Down, the whole family will have a lot of fun.

Gourmet Food

Food Glorious food! As the festival is about showcasing different cultures, we endeavour to bring a good variety of food stalls. Some of the food stalls we will be having this year are: Korean, Malaysian, Mexican, Taiwanese, American, Latin American as well as a Noodle Stall and a Sausage Stall. Each stall will highlight a particular aspect of cuisine from that culture! Pictures of some of our previous stalls can be seen in the photo gallery!

Performance

Every year the Technicolour Multicultural Festival boasts a great variety of free entertainment from our main stage. Featuring acts that range from modern live bands to interactive martial arts demonstrations to cultural dances, there is always something interesting to watch. This year we have a special guest performer in singer/song writer Mark Lowndes who appeared on Australia’s Got Talent a few years ago.

Raffle Prize

This year, festival raffle are better than ever. Have a look at the full raffle list and be amazed by the awesome 2016 prizes. Tickets are $5 each or $50 a book of 20 tickets. They can be purchased at Diverciti Centre, at 23 Foster St Newmarket until the day of the festival.
