Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
 
Our current Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care intake commenced their course in August and they are now preparing to start their practical work experience in various childcare centres. Our students have been engaging well in class and are enjoying the many workshops in class such as the playgroup and baby workshops, to gain a 'hands on' experience.

Our next Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care course is scheduled to commence on the 28th of January 2021. If you are you thinking about a Career in Early Childhood Education and you love to be around children, then this course is for you! Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability & Ageing)
 
Our current intake for the Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability & Ageing) course has completed their theory lessons, and are now attending their practical placements until the end of November before they complete their course. Our next intake is scheduled to commence on the 27th January 2021. If you would like to start a career in Aged Care or Disability Care and love to provide quality care to the elderly or disabled then give us a call today!

MCC EVENT WORK-SKILL TRAINEESHIP 
A team of 12 trainees commenced their 15 week traineeship program in August 2020. They will  be organizing one of MCC's biggest events of the year, The Technicolour Kids Festival on Saturday 5th December! We have a very multicultural group that hails from various parts of the world: Hong Kong, India, Nepal, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Philippines and Spain. The team is being led by Project Coordinator Samantha Lac. We would like to  welcome the new Trainees!

Settlement Engagement and Transition Support
An information session was arranged by our SETS teams on Thursday the 02nd October. The session was hosted by representatives from Services Australia via Microsoft teams to provide an update on Centrelink benefits that have been affected by COVID-19.
