What a year this has been! 2020 brought out the best in so many people, especially at MCC. We learnt that we could deal with extraordinary challenges with patience, creativity, generosity and grace, as when we managed to get our SQW-funded classes on line in a hurry, even as a ‘lockdown’ approached. MCC has also helped provide practical assistance, food parcels, vouchers and important information to many disadvantaged CALD individuals. We have also been able to participate online in many community activities, as well as celebrate in person, several important festivities (with a Covid Safe Plan operating)! I would like to thank MCC staff, friends and volunteers for their hard work, commitment and support, and wish them a blessed Christmas and a fabulous 2021!
